Eligibility
The Giveaway Contest is open only to legal residents age 18 or older who have completed the survey at the time of the drawing in the 47 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island, Alaska and Hawaii excluded) ("Entrant"). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, distributors, retailers, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, "Sponsor's Entities")(and the immediate family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all of the foregoing) are not eligible to participate or win.

 

Giveaway Period
 The Gamer4Life Giveaway begins at 11:00 AM Pacific Time ("PST") on February 15, 2012 and ends at 11:00 AM Pacific Time ("PST") on March 1, 2012. Winners will be selected by random from the pool of eligible entrants. Sponsor, Giveaway Administrator, or Sponsor's designee shall be the determiner of all Giveaway-related time periods.

 

How to Enter
Entrants must be an iBUYPOWER fan on Facebook and send a screenshot of their Facebook profile to giveaways@ibuypower.com to be eligible for the daily giveaway prizes.

 

Limit ONE entry per person.
Entrants only need to enter once in order to be eligible for all daily prizes. All incomplete or late entries are deemed null and void.

 

Prizes
All daily giveaway prizes will be announced and posted in the iBUYPOWER Facebook Album "Gamer4Life Givaway PRIZES" at the beginning of each day. We will have Weekend Giveaways that run from Sat-Sun. The total estimated retail value of all prizes is $3676.

 

How to Win
Winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing at the end of each day, with exception of Weekend Giveaways, where winner(s) will be selected on the following Monday. Potential winners will be notified by the Administrator by email and announced on Facebook. If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received within 24 hours of the daily prize announcement.

iBUYPOWER reserves the right to modify the rules of this contest in any way, at any time. This Gamer4Life Giveaway is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Giveaway Contest, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for iBUYPOWER to use each winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state), email address and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Giveaway Contest and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to iBUYPOWER and not to Facebook.
